3.  EQ Insights:  The EQ (Emotional Quotient) Insights, like the EQ Profile, is worded so that a person can read their own report without being emotionally upset. The words in the paragraphs are gentle yet also insight producing. This report is designed for those who will read their own results AND who prefer a less detailed analysis.  While the person's emotional intelligence is fully described, this report does not compare the person to a norm.

2.  In Depth Narrative Graph:  A 1-page graph and detailed report.  Shows character tendencies, expected job performance, behavioral range, role-playing, direction now moving, recommendations, & optional total rating.   The person can be compared to one of our 32 standard norms or to a custom norm.  This report option is designed mainly for hiring employees.

3.  Norm Comparison Report:  A 12-page detailed report.  Shows character tendencies, expected job performance, behavioral range, role-playing, direction now moving, recommendations, & optional total rating.  The person can be compared to a standard or custom norm.

4.  Norm Comparison Graph:  Provides a clear picture of character fitness for the job.  Ideal and good scores are in the center box.  Fair and poor scores are outside the box.  Includes optional total norm rating and a reference page.  The person can be compared to a standard or custom norm. This is the lowest cost report that compares the person to standard or custom norms.

5.  Basic Graph:  The Basic Graph is our lowest priced report option, yet is similar in appearance to our Norm Comparison Graph.   Unlike the Norm Comparison Graph, however, The Basic Graph does not provide the standard (STD) scores on the left-hand column of the page.  The person is compared to our Good Worker standard norm.  This report is recommended only when used in hiring for basic entry level jobs - not for management, sales, professional positions, etc.
